We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to become a vital part of our Commercial Sales team at our Head Office in New Malden. In this role, you’ll provide essential sales support that enables our team to focus on building relationships and driving new business.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and customer focus will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:
 
  • Support the Commercial Sales team across all aspects of their work
  • Build strong relationships with customers and help retain and grow their business
  • Manage shared sales inboxes and respond to inquiries from direct customers and resellers
  • Provide product clarification, pricing, lead times, and availability
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations and handle changes, cancellations, returns, and credits
  • Process new business partner applications
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and manage End User Certificates

About You

We’re looking for a can-do problem solver who is solution-focused with a customer-first approach. You’ll thrive in a busy environment and be ready to take ownership of tasks while working collaboratively with others.
 
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in order processing workflows
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
