We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive value creation across our supplier base for advanced maritime technology solutions. In this role, you will:
 
  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key categories
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes and secure optimal total cost of ownership
  • Drive cost optimisation through benchmarking, value engineering, and negotiation of long-term agreements
  • Build strong supplier relationships and implement SRM frameworks to improve performance and resilience
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product Development to align sourcing with design and NPI projects
  • Manage risk and compliance, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to safety, sustainability, and ethical standards

About You

You’re a commercially savvy leader who thrives on building strong supplier partnerships and delivering cost efficiencies in complex, global environments.
 
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing or category management within maritime, aerospace, automotive, defence, or similar high-tech sectors
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of SRM frameworks, cost management techniques, and inventory control
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and lead change initiatives
