To strengthen our defence business, we are looking for a Sales Manager – Naval EMEA.
In this role you will be responsible for selling our navigation and integrated bridge systems for naval vessels across Europe and NATO countries, working with shipyards, integrators, and direct customers.
- Managing the full sales cycle (lead generation -> proposal -> contract closure)
- Building and maintaining relationships with naval and defence customers
- Identifying potential customers, assessing competitors, and staying informed about industry trends
- Forecasting new-build and retrofit projects
- Presenting and demonstrating technical solutions
- Preparing bids, tenders, and proposals
- Collaborating with Marketing, Contracts, and internal technical teams to ensure customer specifications are met, contracts are negotiated successfully, and deliveries are made in a timely manner
- Representing Sperry Marine at trade shows and conferences
