Role Overview

Are you highly organised, proactive and great at keeping many moving parts on track? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment where no two days are the same? Are you motivated by helping drive efficiency, improving quality, and supporting change across an end‑to‑end supply chain?

We are a global leader in the marine navigation systems industry, providing integrated technical solutions for the commercial and naval markets. Headquartered in the UK, we have an extensive international presence across Europe, the Americas and Asia, employing almost 400 people across ten countries.

We now have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Supply Planning Coordinator. This role is central to keeping our supply chain running smoothly - ensuring information flows correctly, stock moves on time, and our partners have what they need to support our future growth plans.
It’s also a fantastic opportunity to grow your supply chain career, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple functions and contributing to key operational improvements that support our future growth plans.

About You

You will bring some experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning or another coordination‑focused role. Specifically, you will have:

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data and using it to communicate status, risks and next steps.
  • Experience using ERP and/or MRP systems (implementation experience is a bonus).
  • The ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • A proactive, positive, can‑do attitude - keen to learn and willing to get stuck into a busy team.
  • Comfort working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

If this sounds like it matches your experience, and the type of work you'd love to do, we can’t wait to hear from you. And because diverse teams perform better, we’d especially welcome applications from individuals from under-represented groups.

What You Get in Return

  • A role that offers scope to make a real difference
  • Competitive salary and pension
  • Hybrid working policy - 3 days a week in the office
  • Option for a compressed work pattern, offering every other Friday off work
  • International working environment
  • A range of other benefits to support the health, wellbeing and lifestyle of you and your family
