- Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field — or willingness to train in marine systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to learn and assist in troubleshooting marine electronic systems (including PCB-level diagnostics)
- Basic understanding of technical schematics and blueprints — with training support available
- Physically able to lift 20–25 kg, work at heights, and in confined spaces
- Comfortable working aboard ships, offshore platforms, and in varied weather conditions
- Willing to travel (approx. 30%), work weekends, and respond to short-notice assignments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
