To support our growth and deepen customer engagement, we are seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist (Product & Event), m/f/d based in Hamburg, Germany. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Product in Hamburg, you will focus on product marketing support, sales enablement, and event coordination – making a real impact through targeted product messaging and memorable customer experiences. Define, Drive, Deliver
In this role, you will:
- Define: Craft compelling product messaging and develop sales enablement content to empower our sales teams and partners.
- Drive: Execute strategic customer events and webinars designed to generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Deliver: Produce impactful marketing collateral and manage seamless event delivery to maximise customer engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and maintain product messaging, brochures, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Plan, organize and support customer events, trade shows and webinars.
- Support demand generation by capturing event leads, aligning pre- and post-event communication and tracking pipeline contribution.
- Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms.
- Maintain content calendars, digital asset libraries, and coordinate with external agencies.
- Gather and analyse event and collateral performance metrics; prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Build and sustain relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure successful event execution and collateral development.
