To support our growth and enhance our customer engagement, we are seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist (Digital & Content), m/f/d based in Hamburg, Germany, to drive impactful digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation initiatives. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Product in Hamburg. It is an exciting opportunity for a versatile marketing professional to make a real impact by shaping and delivering a wide range of marketing activities.
Define, Drive, Deliver
In this role, you will:
- Define: Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and implement digital marketing and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive: Build and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage our target audience.
- Deliver: Bring our Marketing to life by planning and running targeted digital campaigns, creating and managing compelling content, maintaining our online presence, and ensuring clear communications with partners and customers to drive measurable leads and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage compelling content such as case studies, infographics and newsletters tailored to a B2B maritime audience.
- Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms.
- Maintain content calendars, digital asset libraries, and coordinate with external agencies.
- Support demand generation through lead-nurture workflows and marketing automation tools.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support marketing efforts.
