- Ability for worldwide traveling, take over weekend-duty and overtime, often at short notice
- Ability to work effectively on their own or as part of a team
- A flexible and motivated work ethic
- Ability to take the lead on projects and installations including planning and costing
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
