  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and ER practices
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated success in project and change management.
  • Confident communicator in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships.
  • Familiar with HR systems and current HR trends.
  • Bonus: Experience with compensation practices, PVT regulations, or global organisations.

What You Get in Return

At Sperry Marine, your work has real impact – guiding vessels and protecting crews across the globe. You’ll join a diverse, international team that values innovation, precision, and collaboration. We offer:

  • Flexible working – Hybrid working option to your you balance work and life.
