We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to lead our global learning initiatives on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This pivotal role will empower you to drive employee development while championing inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
We need a forward-thinking, proactive professional who uses evidence-based strategies to deliver a successful and impactful learning and development agenda throughout 2026.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and develop our Learning Management System (Docebo), creating a seamless and engaging experience for employees worldwide
- Partner with managers globally to identify training needs, evolve our LMS, and deliver impactful, bespoke learning solutions
- Lead the design and delivery of inspiring leadership development programs that empower our people to thrive
- Drive the enhancement of onboarding and induction training to welcome new colleagues effectively
- Collaborate on innovative career development plans and manage training budgets with a sharp focus on maximising impact
- Spearhead an internal mentoring programme to foster growth and knowledge-sharing across teams
- Support our global Wellbeing Team by organising events, communications, and initiatives that champion employee health and happiness
- Manage employee engagement surveys—administering, communicating results, and driving follow-up actions to ensure continuous organisational improvement
- Stay ahead of learning trends and best practices to keep Sperry Marine at the forefront of L&D innovation
