With annual turnover of c.$100m and strong order book growth in recent years, Sperry Marine has ambitious plans for expansion. We are now looking for a results-driven Global Sales Director to lead our worldwide sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. In this pivotal role, you will deliver increased performance by developing skills across the global sales team; implementing robust business development process, bringing fresh focus and energetic leadership; and contributing established market networks, relationships and knowledge. This role can be based out of one of three of our European offices - New Malden, UK, Hamburg, DE or Vlaardingen, NL.
Working as part of the Company’s senior leadership team, this role will work collaboratively with the product management and engineering leadership to set the strategic roadmap that drives Sperry Marine’s growth and sustainable profit progression; and will work closely with the Managing Director to develop the sales strategy and targeted growth plans that meet the following business objectives:
- Continue to strengthen our position in the commercial new build market
- Increase penetration of commercial retrofit and maintenance market
- Build on Sperry’s strong position and reputation in naval markets with CoTS/MoTS product
