Role Overview

  • Maintain Service e-mail database. Able to respond to customer needs and answer customer questions in a timely manner
  • Able to establish good communication with engineers, clearly explain service content and requirements, and reasonably coordinate engineer service work to ensure file is accurate and complete with all relevant documents, so it may be passed to invoicing.
  • Provide KPI data
  • Preparation of pro-forma invoices where Payment in Advance is required.
  • Maintaining the Service Documents.
  • Ensuring ships equipment list is kept up to date and informing Warranty Dept of any changes
  • Any other relevant task to the job

Skills & Experience

  • Have strong team awareness and organisational coordination skills
  • An adaptable, approachable and customer focused attitude
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or service coordination role is essential
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • A problem solving attitude
  • Ability to handle different tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent English language written and spoken
Experience within the maritime advantageous
